1.Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

1. "Platform" means the pk62 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services accessible at https://pk62.bet.
2. "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an account or accesses the Platform.
3. "Account" means the personal account created by a Player to access pk62 services.
4. "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player and held in their pk62 account, excluding bonus funds.
5. "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by pk62, subject to wagering requirements as defined in Section 6.
6. "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must stake before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2.Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on pk62, clicking any "I Accept" or equivalent confirmation during registration, or by otherwise accessing and using the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These terms apply to all services offered by pk62, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and customer support interactions. If you access the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms.

pk62 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. 3.Eligibility & Account Registration

1. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use pk62. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, bots, or automated scripts may not register accounts.
3. You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
4. Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on pk62. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under aliases — is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
5. You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid contact email. Providing false information is a material breach of these terms.
6. pk62 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended.
7. Employees, directors, officers, and immediate family members of pk62 and its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold Player accounts.

4.Account Security & Responsibility

1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk62 login credentials, including your username and password.
2. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pk62 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain credential security.
3. You must notify pk62 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.
4. pk62 reserves the right to suspend any account that shows signs of compromise, unusual activity, or suspected fraud, pending investigation.
5. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including bets placed and withdrawals requested, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
6. You agree not to allow minors to access your account or the pk62 Platform. If you share a device with individuals under 21, you must ensure your pk62 login session is logged out after each use.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

1. pk62 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and debit/credit cards. Available methods are displayed at the cashier and may vary.
2. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section and are subject to change at pk62's discretion.
3. Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
4. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to applicable method limits and verification status.
5. KYC verification must be completed before a player's first withdrawal can be processed. This includes submission of valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address not older than three months.
6. pk62 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated in the cashier for each respective payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed to your mobile wallet on a priority basis.
7. pk62 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected.
8. Deposits made solely to reverse funds without genuine gaming activity may be flagged as suspicious transactions. pk62 reserves the right to withhold such funds pending investigation.

6.Bonus & Promotional Terms

1. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, minimum deposit amounts, and eligible game restrictions, which are stated at the point of offer.
2. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer before any withdrawal can be made. Both the deposit amount and the bonus amount may be included in the wagering calculation.
3. Contributions from different game types towards wagering requirements vary. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage, as specified in the individual offer terms.
4. Bonuses are issued on a one-per-customer, one-per-household, one-per-IP-address, and one-per-payment-method basis unless otherwise stated.
5. pk62 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after bonus funds have been credited, pk62 will provide reasonable notice and honour reasonable claims from affected players.
6. Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer — including but not limited to matched betting via multiple accounts, exploitation of offer loopholes, or placing opposing bets to guarantee profit — will result in immediate disqualification from the offer and potential account suspension.
7. Winnings derived from bonus funds are credited as withdrawable real money balance only upon full completion of applicable wagering requirements.

7.Betting & Gaming Rules

1. All bets are final once confirmed. pk62 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except where an obvious technical error has occurred on the Platform side.
2. In the event of a technical failure during a casino game or live dealer session, all bets placed during the disrupted round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
3. Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the binding odds for that bet.
4. pk62 reserves the right to void any bet where a palpable error in odds has occurred — including odds significantly out of line with the market at the time of placement.
5. All cricket betting markets, including PSL and international fixtures, are governed by the individual market rules displayed alongside each market. In-play markets close automatically at the designated cut-off point.
6. Maximum bet limits apply per event, per market, and per player. These limits are displayed in the bet slip and may be set individually by pk62 at its discretion.
7. pk62 uses internationally certified Random Number Generation (RNG) for all digital casino games. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios and do not use RNG.

8.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk62 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any non-human interaction with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known exploits will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, including in live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Using the Platform to launder money or for any other illegal financial purpose.
• Creating accounts under false identities or providing fraudulent KYC documentation.
• Placing bets on behalf of other individuals for remuneration (acting as an agent).
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk62 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9.Intellectual Property

1. All content on the pk62 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of pk62 or its licensed content providers.
2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No other rights are granted.
3. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any pk62 content without prior written consent from pk62.
4. The pk62 name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of pk62 trademarks is strictly prohibited.

10.Limitation of Liability

1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk62 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk62 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
3. pk62's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
4. pk62 is not responsible for any loss arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment provider delays on the player's side.
5. Nothing in these terms limits pk62's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11.Responsible Gaming

pk62 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe gaming should remain a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy. The following tools are available to all players from within their account settings after pk62 login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of active play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

12.Account Suspension & Termination

2. Where an account is terminated due to a confirmed breach, any Real Money Balance may be forfeited in addition to Bonus Funds.
3. You may close your account at any time by contacting pk62 support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to outstanding wagering obligations and KYC completion.
4. Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. pk62 will make reasonable attempts to contact you before any dormancy fees are applied. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will be stated in the cashier section.
5. pk62 may be required by law or by its licensing authority to suspend or close accounts without providing reasons. In such cases, pk62 will act in accordance with its regulatory obligations.

13.Privacy & Data Protection

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers — including payment processors like JazzCash and EasyPaisa, game providers, and identity verification agencies — solely to the extent necessary to deliver the Platform's services.

14.Amendments to Terms

pk62 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
